There was no exact concept and I grew boring at the coloring stage, so the details didn't come out very well. I just really suck at painting. I can't manage to paint the lady's hand better.
All critiques are welcome. Constructive critiques are greatly appreciate.
2D is not really my passion. I try to learn it cuz it's also required to do 3D. So all comments are welcome, and constructive are greatly appreciate for my improving.

Cursed the drama actress

Her "name" is Cursed. She's a character in a personal series of mine, done for fun (and really sorry for having published another sucking artwork here). I built her following anime/cartoon style (I think I'll never be able to do realism :().

Softwares : 3ds Max, Photoshop, Mental Ray, Ultra Fractal
With this pic I really need some helps.

Again, this character is for my practise more 3D making, especially modelling, mapping, texturing and rigging.
The rigging system got sucking so I couldn't create the pose I wished.
The mapping has many faults, as I don't know how to map some complicated objects.
And after several 3D works including this one, I find out that the Hair&Fur modifier or Max 8 is too evil, which has spoilt her and my other characters' hairs. Can anyone tell me what is the most popular and effective method/software that 3D artists are using to make hair nowadays ?

Those are my problems about this pic. All critiques are welcome. Constructive critiques are greatly appreciate.

THANKS A LOT for your concern.

The newcomers

He was a cute pig who was his owner's favourite toy and who wore the pink colour that she liked. He had always been very proud of that until the newcomers came. They were the new splendid glass pigs bought for his owner by her boyfriend. Of course he couldn't feel pleased anymore as his owner seemed to like these new guys very much...

This is a simple rendering I made for fun, done in Photoshop and 3dsmax.

The Moon Waker

Another practice with Wacom and Photoshop.

Inspired from "dan nguyet" - a major musical instrument in traditional Vietnamese opera.
dan=musical instrument
nguyet=the moon
The moon, for many reasons, is one of the icons of the Vietnamese traditional musical. The first Vietnamese opera theme takes place in a full moon night. As a custom, most of the important traditional shows are held in full moon nights, too, when the moon rises.

C&C are all welcomed.
