A simple character design.
Inspired by the Vietnamese traditional musical instrument named "Độc huyền cầm" (One-stringed instrument). It's a string instrument. Despite having only 1 string, it can play all music notes and keys as well as the multi-keyed or multi-stringed instruments, with its own unique sound.
